DAYNA SCHAEF

LITTLETON

Dayna Schaef completed her certification as a BASI Pilates instructor with Amy de Sa at Pilates Denver. She is also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, with a heart for helping her clients to heal their mind/body connection. She believes in the power of fostering community connections through the pursuit of health and wellness to aid a society riddled with mental and physical health woes.

With a Bachelors Degrees in Writing and Music from Florida State University, Dayna’s personal and professional experience spans various industries, including journalism, marketing, music production and performance. She also homeschools her two children, Jack and Kate and publishes essays for various digital publications on the subjects of wellness, spirituality, culture and more.

Dayna came to appreciate the science and art of Pilates after the birth of her second child in 2013. In the wake of a difficult pregnancy and birthing experience, she pursued physical therapy and regular Pilates work to recover her strength and functionality. While on this personal journey, she saw the immense need for more accessible programs, offering holistic modalities for addressing the mental, emotional and physical needs of the postpartum woman. She thus began the journey toward making it her life’s work to use her own experiences to help others in need.

Dayna loves to weightlift, hike, ride horses, eat pancakes and cuddle cute animals.
